- A good opportunity to understand various aspects within the company - Dental and health benefits for employees
Cons
- Extremely low pay and little to no chance of progression. Little to no appreciation for hard work from senior management - The company has an extreme cult-like environment where those who speak up against it are ostracised and othered; this behaviour is encouraged by upper-management in the unit. The toxic working environment is well known throughout the company and HR/management have done nothing about it - 'Management' and 'directors' get paid a lot to not know or do much within their department, or what their direct reports.
