Autocratic management team, CEO and CFO who have no experience running and managing a company, CTO who has no clear technology point of view and the CMO is the definition of a bully. The overall leadership team treats people with such disrespect that this is not a place to build or grow a career. It's an exhausting place to work.
There is no flexibility, the location is not good and you are required to work in Addison daily. The leadership wants you to believe that they are a start-up in the midst of a reinvention. It's a dated company that is trying to revive itself into a relevant company. You will not build skills, you will not receive any training, you will not have a career path. What you will be is exhausted from working ridiculous hours, and will get tired of the daily battles with leadership to make decisions within your function. There is only one person that makes decisions at PC and it's not the people doing the work. The benefits are extremely expensive and very mediocre.
