Pros
I have worked for PTSB for 7 years and I love it there. The CEO is very people centric and really focuses on retaining talent and employee satisfaction. In all my time with PTSB he has never put a foot wrong on his employee focus.
Cons
We have now been sold. We have been introduced to the management team and it is heavily Americanised. I hope that they will understand that how things work in Ireland is very different to the way things work in America. We are more personable and give loyalty when we can see our work is appreciated.
