The interview is STAR competency based and will cover competencies such as Customer Focus, Risk Management and a high performing team. You will have 3 people in the room a HR rep, the hiring manager and another manager.

Describe a time where a mistake you made lead to a customer impact
First, an exposition of a given topic followed by questions regarding how you would react in certain situations and about past experiences. Then, a group activity lasting about 20 min.

Competency based interview. Use the STAR method to answer competency based questions. Interview was about 40 mins. The questions were fairly ok if you prepare a few answers and a couple of examples for each competency
