- Good location and near MRT station. - Cheap food at Maxwell

Cons

- Poor office culture - Non existent HR (HR a real joke. Organise a 10km walk without necessary medical support) - drunken behaviour in the office leading to people getting fired. - hire and fire culture through use of PIP - check out all the exits to know the revolving door - MD who posted #IStandWithIsrael during start of conflict on WhatsApp profile

We thank you for these observations. The safety and well-being of our employees are of utmost importance to us. For every planned activity, we endeavour to provide ample information for considered participation and we recognise that at times, this may still not be adequate to address every hesitation. For the specific 10km Green Corridor Walk, ample considerations, reminders and details regarding the walk were given to the employees prior to the activity. On the day, emergency needs/supplies were also taken with HR during the course of the walk. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding any disrespectful behaviour and we want to create an inclusive and safe workplace. The company has clear guidelines and processes on PIP. We aim to foster an environment where employees can learn and thrive but where personal and professional motivations are inadequate, there are well documented processes to aid staff.

Pros

Fast paced environment - revolving door of clients and people means you have the opportunity to adapt to new colleagues and internal crisis all the time. You get to learn what leadership red flags look like, providing valuable experience in future job searches. Great stories for "tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult situation" interview questions.

Cons

Management is fundamentally unqualified—small-minded, lacking ability, integrity, or strategic capability. Yet profoundly arrogant. Paying themselves outsized personal compensation while lowballing whoever they can take advantage of. Manipulative and bullying PnC that neither protects the company nor the employees. Anyone competent gets out fast; those who stay either can't leave or don't realize the career/reputational damage yet Association signals poor judgment to future employers. You'll spend interviews explaining why you worked here rather than leveraging the experience CEO likes to pretend he's a big shot but doesn't realise what the industry and other agency owners are really saying behind his back.
