Pros

There were no real benefits for working for this company, unless you consider a work phone and laptop a pro for doing your job.

Cons

- 50-70 Hour Weeks while on Salary - Work multiple positions while getting paid for one - Salary below the national average for job even after 5+ years - On call 24/7 - No benefits - Top heavy management, on average a team of 3 would answer to about 12 managers on a daily. - Use your own vehicle without being supplemented - Very high turnover - Unreasonable time management and driving distances - Sales team would promise things to clients to get contract, even though our software would not accommodate promises.
