Pros

Very supportive culture, great people, pretty much zero phoniness, great location in Harvard Square. Great new interactive team.

Cons

Harvard Square is just a bummer to get into or out of, unless you can walk from your house. Hard to find career B2B marketing people who get genuinely jazzed by complex subject matter. Sometimes work demands get intense, but it doesn't sound anything like what people have told me who worked at other agencies and used to do things like leave a hot cup of coffee at their computer at 7:00 PM to pretend they'd be right back and then go home.

Pros

-Scaling up to become more full-service -Own some of the best work in the B2B and digital spaces -Have never worked with such real, caring advertising folks -Harvard Sq is an amazing place to work -Huge focus on career development and overall organization's wellbeing -Competitive pay, and the people are so dang INTERESTING. - You don't find a culture of this caliber at a company under 50 or over 150. PJA is in the sweet spot -People actually work mostly normal work hours (amazing life balance for advertising) -Definitely a shop on the rise; big changes since 2013 *Like most ad agencies, PJA has undergone tremendous growth and transformation in the past year... in this case, it's been 100% positive. Now's the time to get in. It's going places, and fast.

Cons

-Decision making for the business seems somewhat centralized
