Pros

Brilliant Digital Strategist - real innovative marketing coming out of the strategy group. Great location in the heart of Cambridge, MA.

Cons

Totally ineffective, soulless senior management team who cares more about lining their pockets with huge paychecks then the staff that works for them. This agency is wildly understaffed, clients don't stick around for longer then 2 years at best and people are overworked to the early hours of the morning, driven to the point of quitting...I actually saw this happen! Lack of accountability is acceptable here.

Pros

Very cutting edge B to B agency. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of marketing projects for a varied number of clients. Lots of digital , interactive, social media campaigns. Very creative group of people. Relaxed atmosphere. Fun place to work, great location in Harvard Square. Modern offices with excellent technology.

Cons

Like all agencies there can sometimes be some long hours when you are on deadline.

Pros

PJA is a very smart agency, and a very solid culture to match. The atmosphere inside is very close-knit and down to earth. Their strategy goes quite deep, and their creative (although primarily B2B) is always leaning towards pushing the envelope and creating something interesting. Overall, really enjoyed my time here. Great benefits here as well, best health plan I've had in awhile.

Cons

It can be hard to move up and get a raise in the company, you need to push for it yourself. You get a sense of guilt if you leave on-time here. Because they can go through seasons of staying understaffed, people will be working pretty late most nights. This is to be expected in an agency, but it can become thankless, and all too much the norm.
