      Great management, great philosophy of learning and awesome program. You get to help young people learn.

      Cons

      Not many hours given. I have not asked for more though, so perhaps they would be open to it if I asked. Not much opportunity for growth, but great as a part time job.

      Pros

      Environment kept cleanly and tidy. Has a positive vibe.

      Cons

      Management encourages feeding answers to students more than teaching the students how to learn. They seem to do this in an effort to keep students happy, which in turn keeps parents happy.
