Hello and thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and would like to assure you that we take all employee feedback seriously. As a company, we strive to be as transparent as possible. We regularly hold All Hands Meetings with top management for the entire company, as well as special events for the Engineering department. We also have a People Partnership service in place – our People Partners are always here to answer the questions you may have and give you the necessary information. In addition, we publish a weekly news digest to keep all employees informed on company updates. While we recognize that we have not yet fully developed our HR processes, we are actively working on improving in this area. We offer internal seminars and courses, as well as the opportunity for external training and certification with partial company payment. We value our team members and are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for everyone.
