3yThank you for sharing your thoughts. One of our core values as a company is, ‘culture is as important as results.’ We strive to create an incredible workplace culture through our office environment, our management, employee benefits and perks, and our overall goals and objectives.
A second value is building trust through transparency, which we hold ourselves accountable to daily. An example of how we are continuing to build trust and enhance transparency is through enhancing talent routines including performance reviews and goal setting.
To further build trust, each month at Town Hall, we discuss the company’s defining objectives and standard operating goals, and our progress against them. Thank you.
