Pros
Above average benefits offering including a no cost to employee health insurance plan. Lots of great people. Interesting technology and industry/sector to be involved in, and it seems like Owl is really at the forefront of the tech.
Cons
Very poor communication style, rules keep changing and the employees are not updated on these changes creating havoc and chaos with normally simple tasks. Becoming more and more cutthroat and chaotic. Very clear pattern of 'hire new employee, let go of senior employee 6-12 months later". consider yourself warned. The raises have been very low past few years. Upper management does this thing where all year they tout how well the company is doing and how we are greatly exceeding our revenue goals, and then come Q4, all of a sudden we are short on those goals and the year isn't looking too hot. Seems to clearly be setting low expectations for raises and bonuses. Upper management wasn't always like this, but seems really interested in squeezing every employee for every last drop of profit.
