Hi! Thank you being here at Osome and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback :)
* Good work-life balance
* Exposure to multiple markets and clients
* Forward-thinking and open to adopting new technologies such as AI
* Internet and health allowance provided
* Diverse workforce that provides opportunities to learn from people with different backgrounds and perspectives.
* Open and transparent culture where employees are encouraged to share ideas and feedback.
Cons
* No Face-to-face team bonding for remote employees
* Salary growth may feel slower than expected
* The bonus system can feel overly competitive, as employees are ranked against others within the same level or position. Bonuses are only awarded to the top 50%, while the remaining 50% receive none, which may encourage competition rather than collaboration. Employees are also measured against the same KPI targets even when taking approved annual or sick leave, creating additional pressure to maintain performance metrics despite legitimate time away from work.
I have given different people feedback on different topics because working remotely is hard sometimes. HR and my manager helped resolve the issues I was facing and now all good.
There have been some socials virtually and they were fun. I would like more because offices have a lot more regularly.
I enjoy the monthly company meeting when people from everywhere joins for updates. I like the presentation.
Cons
All remote working no global conferences or meetings.
More socials. even if online please.
