Great people within the credit department throughout the whole company. There are a few very talented and credit minded lenders with the bank that will work hard with credit to get deals done.

Culture is lacking in Houston. Culture in Louisiana is pristine. Certain group of Lenders in Houston create hostile work environment. Over hired for Credit Department and had to layoff and move some to different roles.
