Great Culture, value customer relationship over sales pressure, great products and features, they employ the right leaders, flexible and understanding.

Cons

awful operating system, a lot of drama, gossip and clique-type behavior from management.

Banking and pay was easy; hours were flexible; easy to handle while attending college and finishing a degree or receiving a certification

Cons

Managers are disinterested, fake and not compassionate; the corporation has no problem letting loyal employees go if execs will gain from it, such as the name change- dozens and dozens of newly hired employees were let go due to the cost of changing their name.

Cons

It's a smaller company, so rollouts of new initiatives can take some time to come to fruition.
