      Pros

      On paper, strong culture and flexibility. In reality it’s something more rigid.

      Cons

      Not enough people. Rely on a lot of suppliers who just don’t deliver. Everything requires a help desk ticket. I’m afraid every time I take PTO that something will go wrong because there’s no one to cover for me while I’m out.

      Very welcoming environment with people who are alwaying willing to help. Good salary for an intern Very flexable with hours
