      -Poor and non existent leadership -Promotion opportunities limit employees to a salary cap where outside applicants, unfamiliar with systems and processes that require an onboarding period can enter $30k higher when applying with the availability to negotiate. -Unbearable workload -Work life balance does not exist -Salaries are dismal due to lack of funds but plenty of budget for unnecessary team meetings to fly people across the world

      Flexible work and many good people

      Chaotic work environment, no work /life balance, on call for every issue while management is taking 3 week vacations, huge discrepancy between salaries for people with same job title and duties, lots of turn over due to burn out and allowing bad employees to run over people
