      Remote 100% and Great team environment

      The management was reduced from 3 to only 1 manager. Its difficult to get the support needed from management and the response time is very delayed. Due to only 1 manager the one on one meetings often begin late

      Good Company Culture, Transparent management, work/life balance. Decent Pay. Love working from home and not being micro-managed.

      Cons

      Can be stressful. Start-up environment so need to be able to adapt quickly to changes!

      Work remotely 100% Great team environment.

      Cons

      The Inside Sales Rep department has 3 teams but only one supervisor which takes an extended period of time to get assistance & support from management level. The support from management level is unsatisfactory.
