Pros
Good colleagues willing to help. A lot of resources and tools to help you if you manage to figure out how, why and when. Compensation package decent.
Cons
Go-to-market strategy all wrong. Year after year with contuous failure, declining market shares, key resources leaving, whole teams collapsing and still senior management deny the fact and keep on hoping. Chanses of being successful in sales is minimum, down to almost impossible. The vast majority of sales reps are nowhere near their sales targets.
