I've been to couple of different places as for internships and this experience was by far the best one. Honestly, there is not a thing I can think of as a con!

Salary compensation is fair to generous 11. 12 work from home days 12. 401K 13. Across the street from Union Station! 14. Management is very approachable 15. Free gym membership to the LIfeStart gym in basement of building (includes free classes). 16. Blue Cross insurance, Guardian Dental 17. Kitchen is always stocked with snacks from fruit and raw veggies to peanuts and granola bars. Free coffee, free soda, free water, free beer on Fridays (at 3pm)! 18. This is really a great and fun place to work :-)

1. Workday starts at 7:30 am and ends at 4:30pm with one hour lunch. All based on the honor system (pro). 2. Heavy male dominant company (is that a con? well if that bothers you yes, if not it neither a pro nor con). 3. I really can't think of any cons.
