First, I would like to thank you for taking the time to write a review. I agree that we have a very strong team at OptionsCity and these are contacts that I hope everyone maintains. Second, I am disappointed to hear about some of your less than positive experiences. As one of the founder of OptionsCity and its CTO, I can tell you that one of the main reasons we started OptionsCity almost 10 years ago was to create a work environment where ourselves and our colleagues enjoy coming to work and making a difference. You point to certain situations where that may not have been the case. I am personally involved in a lot of the discussions on the management and engineering side and I have not experienced that type of behavior. While some of the meeting may get a little heated, due to how passionate people are, they are not disrespectful in nature and better decisions always come out of them. As a company we DO NOT tolerate the sort of behavior you describe. I can also vouch for every member of the management team and their commitment to employee growth and satisfaction.
