I enjoy working with the plethora of personalities of the organization. Both the students and the staff are very fun and mostly upbeat (sometimes the students have bad days). There is a lot of support from both coworkers and management.

Not any that I can think of. Maybe that you have to have a pretty flexible schedule if this is going to be your only job.
