Interview
I had a 25 minute phone interview with one of the heads of the organization. Two days later I received a phone call inviting me to an in person interview. This was scheduled for about two weeks later. The in person interview was about an hour to an hour an a half long. It involved meeting with top four individuals in the organization, including the founder.

Met the owner and she asked about my educational background and my previous work with students. She asked my expertise level in several fields and how comfortable I would be working with College level academics.
