Screwed up HR personnel, below are the number of things and times that they have screwed up for me. 1) Contract renewal. The client company has already alerted Optimum 1 and a half months before current contract end to renew, but they drag it till the last one week to finalize and processed it after multiple chasers. 2) Completion bonus. HR did not include the 1 month completion bonus into my salary. I need to chase HR and gave a screenshot of my contract to indicate that l am qualified for it before they provided me. 3) Late Salary, l worked in the company for 1 year 9 months and 3 times my salary was late. l have to approach HR to check after not receiving it 7 days into the new month before was told there was a system error. Coincidentally it has not happened to my colleagues who were also under Optimum. 4) Bring over of Leaves. Have checked with HR 1 and half months before contract end in regards to bringing over of leaves but HR only get back less than 2 months before contract end that not able to bring leaves over. Thus a number of my leaves were forfeited.
