I don't really see any

I first came to Optimum7 as an intern, eager to learn everything there was to know about digital marketing. I couldn't have asked for a better first step to my career. As an intern, I was given reasonable responsibilities that helped me grow my professional skills. I learned the basics of online marketing strategy, SEO, eCommerce management, as well as overall business acumen. I was learning new skills every day and was motivated to spend the extra hours and effort helping the company. As an entry-level employee, I am given the support and resources needed to grow and succeed. The other staff members are open to helping and management is always approachable. I truly feel like a part of the team and try and make new employees and interns feel the same way. The culture here is transparent, direct, and firm, but also fairly casual. We are provided with snacks and allowed to periodically work remotely once we've proven to be trustworthy. The #1 thing that matters here are RESULTS. Duran Inci and Arthur Cooper are knowledgable and proven business men. They have my full trust as leaders of the operation. The senior Marketing staff members (my department), Joseph Hassun and Ohad Yarel are masters of their craft and learning from them has been an absolute privilege. Our Developers and Copywriters are all world-class and having them on your team is always encouraging.
