Thank you for your review. I will try to respond.
1- Monitoring and Micromanagement: We do not monitor our employees. There are no cameras or computer monitoring software in our offices. I'm not sure what you mean by that. We do monitor the billables as well as the efficiency of our staff. We do not micromanage our staff. However, we do set objectives and expectations and follow through with them for personal and company growth. If you call that micromanagement, I will have to accept responsibility for always pushing ourselves and our team to do better.
2- Unprofessional Conduct: I'm not sure what this means.
3- Unreal estimates: Estimates are given based on averages we have for projects over a period of time. (Usually 18 months) If a team member is not able to finish a project within that time frame, he or she might need more experience or training, which we do provide.
4- Project Management: We use JIRA and Confluence as well as Podio for Project Management. If you contact me, I will be happy to share our processes with you as well as the average billable and efficiency for our current team members.
5- Opinions: We always want feedback and actually encourage it. I'm sorry that you feel this way. Please contact me and I will be happy to listen to your feedback since it is extremely important for us.
6- Promises and Wishes: Again, please contact me and I promise to listen, respond and do whatever I can to address the problem.
7- Computers: I was not aware of this. If you had contacted me, I would take care of this.
