Excellent people, but abysmal leadership - Producer Optimist Employee Review

The entire C-suite is an incompetent tangle pulling in all different directions. The entire place runs on cloak and dagger, backdoor deals and gross politics. Transparency is non-existent, and their Covid response was pathetic and alienated most of their best talent.
