Optimist interview questions

Fairly quick interview process. The first interview was with the Hiring Manager & was an informal phone call. I heard back within a day about a second/final interview, which was then a virtual video interview with team leads. Both happened within two weeks time. The second interview was quite disappointing (I was really looking forward to it!) as the interviewers were 5 minutes late to an already short interview slot (30 minutes) and spent loads of time discussing inside jokes with each other throughout the interview, which cut into my interview time - I ended up not being able to ask many of the questions I had prepared. Left the call feeling a bit disrespected/bummed by their lack of professionalism! Otherwise, the hiring manager was great & very communicative!

Interviewed with several people, one after the next, HR handled the in between. Don’t know if there was a very specific process in place per day. Perspectives weren’t all consistent from one person to the next, lack of follow through in the end.
