Best company I have ever worked for!! Treats their employees like family! If not for moving out of the area, this would have been the last job I ever had! I would have never left!

There was nothing negative for me personally

I loved the job in itself, working with the customers was extremely rewarding. Some exployees loved their experience in the company and had been there for 15 years.

Management on the departmental level was extremely lacking. I would have to ask 5 times before I would get an answer or see change. The turnover rate was extremely high. Pay was not great plus health insurance cost me $260 a month, for a high deductible/premium plan. The values of the company were good but I did not see them being applied to the facility I was in. There was a lot of drama and hate between employees.
