Autocratic style of leadership, you’re being made to feel dumb for asking questions, people that are meant to help you are always on leave or travelling so you’re left to do a lot of things by yourself, my contract got terminated after 2-3 weeks of working with them without any reason via a Microsoft Teams meeting that was disguised as a “Catch up call”. When I asked for explanations the answer was “It’s the company’s decision”. No sympathy for people who might be new to the industry you’re expected to be perfect from day 1. By far the most most awful experience I’ve ever had. I’ll not be working in that field again.

Terrible leadership, had to work unconventional hours, no job security, was terminated over an email with zero explanation why. Replied to the email asking why and received no response. Have been going back and forth with them over unpaid wages. Extremely unprofessional company.
