Pros

Fully remote position and can work anywhere in the US during your schedule shift time. Had one coworker work a few days while in Africa! Great team to work with! A lot of communication between departments and frequent updates. The company tries to do yearly, in-person, team gatherings for each department at full coverage! Pay is great for what you do.

Cons

Not in-person (if you find that to be a con). Other departments are not fully aware of other departments pilots/changes to work flow and may cause some confusion every once in a while, but nothing major from what I have seen. The patients can be rude sometimes (but that goes for any customer service position). If you are uncomfortable with frequent changes or piloting systems, then this job may not be for you. Due to the company being a semi-start up, there are things constantly changing.

Pros

I’ve had a great experience working here. I started as a Care Coordinator and was promoted to Senior Care Coordinator within six months. More recently, I had the opportunity to apply for another internal role and was promoted again. One of the things I appreciate most is that the company genuinely invests in its employees and makes a real effort to promote from within whenever possible. As a startup, there have been some changes over the years, including leadership transitions, but I think the company has done a great job bringing in leaders who fit the culture and truly care about their teams. Management is incredibly supportive of employee development and encourages people to grow based on their strengths and career goals. I’ve also been lucky to work with an amazing team that is collaborative, supportive, and always willing to help. My managers have consistently encouraged my professional growth and have given me opportunities to take on new challenges and advance my career. Working at a startup means things move quickly and priorities can change, so being adaptable is important. If you’re comfortable with that environment, you’ll find a company that really values its employees, listens to feedback, and creates real opportunities for growth. The culture is collaborative and supportive, with opportunities for team building during team meetings, all hands meetings, and monthly gatherings. We also stay connected and build relationships through our team communication tools. The company is full of genuinely kind, good people who are easy to work with and who support one another. Overall, this has been one of the best places I’ve worked. The culture is supportive, leadership genuinely cares about employees, and there are meaningful opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons

Can’t think of any cons.

Pros

There are no pros at all.

Cons

They say that kindness is one of their values, but they are gas lighting you when they tell you this. Management is extremely unkind, being as abusive as possible to employees. When they say the employees must be "kind", they mean that employees must be doormats, being willing to endure any and all abuse that is inflicted on them. They make employees feel worthless, then tell employees it is there fault. This is a psychologically abusive place. The workplace culture is the exact opposite of kindness. If you value your wellbeing, please stay away from this horrible place.
