low pay, dishonest management, lack of communication between managers and CEO. He seemed not to be aware of decisions made at a regional level. Direct Manager always seemed shy and not able to demand command of when she was speaking. She was not the right person for a Sales Manager. Her background was in English not sales and not able to motivate a team. Vendor turn over was frequent, a lot of promises how each year would be better, Never saw it???
