Pros
The sales training is excellent. Medical, Dental, and vision are provided. It is not great insurance coverage but it better than nothing.
Cons
The company has no EAP. OneCoast is a cheap company, Do not work for this company if you live in an area with a high cost of living.. The commission structure is the worst in the industry. It favors the house. The company is very top heavy. Their managers are paid very well- everyone else not so much. The company is profitable and yet the compensation package for territory managers is awful. The line package is pathetic. Many of the lines have been represented by other rep groups and they could not make a run of it. There are a few good lines. The others are terrible-not well made, late shipments, etc. I do not recommend that you work for OneCoast.
