* Canteen * Coffee & vending Machines * People you'll work with * 60 minutes dinner break * Company outings * Benefits - albeit after a lengthy time

Cons

* Average culture - they think it's better than it is * Different rules for everyone: people allowed to WGH, other not allowed; different shift patterns - there used to be a time when everyone just worked 09:00-17:30, which is bad enough * Poor work-life balance * Mandatory Overtime (customer-facing roles)

Pros

Work-life balance, flexibility, easy-going and fun. I get along with everyone in the office, they have become my family.

Cons

Customer service can be challenging, especially when your target is a wide range. Can be hard to please everyone.
