Thank you for providing feedback. As an employee-led company, it is important that our team members feel supported and that they work seamlessly with talented employees across the company globally. We are glad that you enjoyed the remote aspect of working. This allows our employees to spend less time on commuting and non-productive tasks, and more time doing what’s important - doing great work that makes them and the company better. Our company retreats are an integral part of our remote-first approach and are a great opportunity for employees to meet face to face and build relationships. Each retreat is full of team building and fun activities, for example, in the last retreat we went to the Taj Mahal which was memorable for all. Our retreats are held across India purposely so we can maximize the number of employees who are able to attend. We get great feedback on our events.
We are sorry that you feel like there is a disconnect with some of our leadership. Our leadership team, including our CEO and CTO do trust our employees and are committed to empowering an organization that is collaborative, open minded, honest, hard working, where we strive for continuous improvement in everything we do. In fact, the topic of our recent retreat led by our CEO was leading and empowering employees at all levels throughout the organization. Our employees and leaders take a very hands-on approach which is needed to stay aligned in a remote working environment. As we have mentioned in a previous review, what one employee construes as controlling behavior another sees it as standard way of delivering feedback. We value employees and managers providing direct, real-time feedback.
We have many employees who feel OnceHub is a great place to work. Our goal is to be the Employer of Choice in every country in which we operate with every employee having a fulfilling experience working at OnceHub.
