Pros
From the interview to where i am today i am nothing but positive about my experience with Once For All. They have gone through significant amounts of change and growth and brought all of they employees along with the journey This is a business that truly values their people and i can say for the 1st time in many years i am now able to juggle my professional and home life effectively so for once feel i'm winning They're ambitious and forever challenging themselves on continuous improvement so if you like a fast paced environment where decisions don't take years to happen then this is the place for you. The pay and benefits packages are the best i've seen and with a hybrid approach you get the best of both worlds Management have an open door policy and communicate regularly to keep everyone updated on what's up and coming All employees have an onboarding plan when they join to ensure they have a training investment from day 1 and if you're interested in professional growth then employees are offered development opportunities to support them. This isn't a business you join for a stepping stone, you join for the long journey
Cons
We need to see more females in executive roles. It's hard in this industry as its male dominated however it would be great to get more of a balance to make us even stronger. The business is extremely diverse in all other areas of the business but this is the gap for me The office is quite small so with more people selecting a hybrid model of working then they should look to expand the office space so people have the option of coming in more should they wish without the fight for a desk. That being said it's currently going through a refurb which looks incredible and demonstrates how the wellness and environment surrounding their employees is key
