Stay away senior, high performers - VP Olam Employee Review

I cannot express in words how terrible my time here has been. Rampant sexism and favouritism, and there is no way you will get a major business or finance role without being Indian. In my 20 years of working I have never seen such levels of disrespect and infantilization at senior levels. Constant changing of priorities and a strictly top down management style, with high pressure creates an extremely toxic and political culture. No collaboration. Easily the worst company I have worked at.
