Pros
Salary was within the industry standard. Because so many people are coming and going you will end up meeting many people in the industry and you will hear many viewpoints on different situations. Insurance is good and the benefits are good.
Cons
Management is extremely poor. The managers constantly want you to improve output and accuracy but over time constantly add more requirements to the job. Policy changes are sent out as an email and if it was sent before you were there, you are responsible for it even if it wasn't sent to you. If a mistake is made, 10 managers immedieatly step in to tell you how bad you are doing, but are non-exsistant and unless when you need to try and figure out the company policy for performing your work. Suggesting an improvement at work is useless and will change nothing. Also, there are no managers that know what the company wants, so it's a guessing game how to perform your work.
