Interview
Straight forward interview, I was asked my past work experience and if i was able to visualize different views of objects in order to draft them. I interviewed with several people such as the managers, drafters, and engineers. Everyone was very friendly.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ohmstede in May 2015
Interview
I flew in for an interview and met with (4) people. Between everyone I was maybe asked 4-5 questions like how are you this morning, how did you sleep last night, when do you need to catch your flight, etc. Then I sat for 5 hours total between everyone while they blabbed on and on and on about nothing. I could have just as easily used a cardboard cutout of myself or taken a nap. FYI it doesn't change if you accept an offer.
