Pros

The product is world class and as a result Odaseva have been able to work with some of the biggest brands globally. There are also some very talented people who work for Odaseva but a lot have moved on in the past year.

Cons

Odaseva does very little to make their employees feel they are appreciated. Very few are celebrated and the majority of the organisation are given the bare minimum in terms of benefits. There is very little offered in terms of formal training and coaching. Internal processes are painfully slow, which causes delays in everything from recruitment, onboarding and acquiring new customers. In addition, cross-function collaboration is poor which adds further friction.

We are currently strengthening our People and Culture team to make sure every employee is feeling comfortable and valued in the company. We have hired experienced and specialized HR team members based in the different hubs : EMEA, US and APAC zones. Our objective is to ensure better reactivity and more proximity with employees. We are aiming to address great working conditions to every employee (smooth processes, secured and optimized tools, training sessions,…) and we are focusing on developing benefits in each hub.

Pros

What an exciting time to join a growing and evolving organization. The new hire onboarding experience has been both informative and welcoming, with each session thoughtfully designed and facilitated by a supportive team. I especially appreciated how the onboarding schedule was intentionally paced, allowing new employees to absorb information without feeling overwhelmed during their first few weeks. This approach not only made the learning experience more effective but also demonstrated the organization's commitment to setting employees up for long-term success.

Cons

Collaborating with colleagues across different regions offers a unique opportunity to broaden perspectives, strengthen relationships, and learn from diverse experiences. While coordinating across locations can sometimes require additional effort, these interactions create valuable connections and foster a deeper understanding of the people, cultures, and approaches that contribute to our collective success.

Pros

Nice people, had a good manager

Cons

Clueless on how to run a business, been in business for 13 years and still acts like day one. Processes are slow and painful, to many essential decision makers in to many time zones. Not serious about building a sales practice.
