Pros
- Lots of flexibility with work (bonus: no timesheets, and no third-party tools blocking you from installing software on your machine) - Generous allowances to ensure you have all the right tools/equipment to be productive - There is a culture of improvement and being open to changing things if they are not working well (no 'red tape') - Smart, supportive colleagues - The product is great :) - Lots of modern technologies to work with, and a focus on quality
Cons
- Being remote first means having to be a lot more intentional with communication, which could be challenging for some - Diversity within certain departments (it's improving though!)
