1- Got to learn lot of different technologies as a fresher 2- Realtime exposure to client projects even to hardworking fresher 3- Beautiful feedback system that allows geneuine worker to shine 4- Good amount of freedom to work 5- Good work is appreciated & rewarded also
Cons
1- Was very far from my residence 2- You should learn how to stay away frm negative minded employees
