Good compensation and work-life balance, but pressure increasing - Product Manager OLX Group Employee Review

The pressure has been increasing over time. Scope distribution is not well balanced across teams. Some have very niched scopes while others are all over the place and overloaded. Career growth is very slow, not the best place if you want to quickly advance in the career ladder.
