      Pros

      The culture at OKX is like a unicorn, its rare and special. OKX is about We before Me and Doing the Right Thing. Top leadership pushes for a strong Compliance culture. Management hires for experience but more importantly finding the right fit into their team because a team can only move forward together if everyone works together cohesively. Onboarding process is seamless and new hires are welcomed by all from Day 1 following a uniform 30-60-90 day checklist.

      Cons

      OKG/OKX is a global company and likely requires working global hours with other departments to be successful at your job (U.S. time vs Europe time vs Asia time). Technology is really good to support the needs of working with colleagues across the globe, but it takes ramp up time to figure out how to use Lark, Macbook, and Google suite in parallel if you have not worked with it before.

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      Cons

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
