      lot of staff leaving main Dublin facility - Record Centre Operative OASIS Group Employee Review

      free tea or coffee in the canteen being the only plus

      was only there for a short time within the main Dublin facility but just couldn't deal with a specific team leader who was always extremely difficult and unreasonable to deal with. a number of drivers were leaving the business completely. spoke to an RC Specialist who has been there a number of years, a really decent guy, who deals with one of their major clients and he was also thinking about leaving next year. the pay was very below average doesn't justify what the guys do in there. everyone was always overloaded with work, like trying to swim with bricks tied to your feet. 100% would not recommend, avoid

      Pros

      Because of the pandemic situation things had to happen, and everything will go back to the way it was when things becomes normal again

      Cons

      The fact we got added more work with the enormous amount of work we already had beforehand, we should be getting a pay increase. But instead of that, we got some of our benefits cancelled, and even metioned we should thankful we didn't get a decrease in pay.

We have worked hard to introduce new benefits into the business over the last 12 months, for example; enhanced family leave, improved pension and car salary sacrifice. We have also increased Team Member pay, where appropriate, across the Group.
