Their training sucks; I barely got trained. The person I was replacing was leaving, and I had a month of training that they split into two sections for the day. In between, I was supposed to shadow. I started in July, and by September, I was expected to know everything perfectly. When I would ask for help, I'd get talked down to or ignored. The person training me was working on their stuff instead of training me. So half the stuff they were doing, I wouldn't be doing. I got a warning, then 1 week later, I was let go due to performance issues stemming from insufficient training. I was talked down to instead of with. They were very judgmental. If you weren't their type of people, you got looked at differently. It's crazy, they are compassionate to people with physical disabilities but not mental.
They are not understanding of neurodivergent individuals.
