Numotion interview questions

The interview process was a 3 part series and all completed remotely. Initial interview consisted of meeting with recruiter to discuss my background, job description, and compensation. The second and third interviews consisted of meeting with regional directors and went more in depth about the role, job expectations, my expectations, communication styles, my background, and future goals.

Applied online, had a pre-screen phone interview with a recruiter regarding my experience, then a video interview with the hiring manager. The manager spent most of the interview talking about the petition in extensive detail. I tried to interject how my experience related to the position but she seemed uninterested. I was not asked any questions apart from my background. Felt like they already had someone in mind for the position.
