Worst place I have ever worked - Anonymous employee Nuix Employee Review

Nuix used to be a nice place to work, but in the last few years the culture at Nuix has turned rotten! Leaders and managers cannot be trusted; they are belittling and love to gaslight - it's the worst place I have ever worked for in my professional 20 years. Huge pressure to work long hours with unrealistic deadlines. No training, no career advancement. Huge cost-cutting to pay legal fees to cover the wrongdoings. The salespeople have the blood sucked out of them. Don't get excited about it being a tech company, it's not, it's a body shop and revolving door of engineers. The Board and Executive Team are not steering this ship, it's sinking fast.
