Pros
The people are the company's biggest asset. There are many smart, dedicated, passionate people at Nuix who will truly go to hell or high water to help achieve the company goals and get things done. Sadly, the company seems to be hell-bent on getting rid of these people.
Cons
Very top-heavy in management for a 450 person company, who are generally clueless. The company over the last year has become toxic, where blame culture, dirty tricks and favouritism are rife. Management cares only about money and is desperate for revenue in order to save their neck meaning priorities and drivers frequently change. Employees have recently been made redundant.
