With the company "attempting" to go IPO and the former CEO leaving it has made the company purely think about money money money leaving little for current employees to actually be motivated about. The upper management are very poor and extremely out of touch with their employees yet continue to fly around the world to the offices for little to no reason while preaching about cost cutting to all...? Human Resources or "People & Culture" are mostly redundant and are rarely seen or heard of and If they do make an appearance its at the companies expense in flights when any meetings could have been held via video conference.
